Today felt like I was right back in track. Over the past couple of weeks I've let my diet get a bit loose and indulged far more than I usually do. Along with that I haven't been working out to the same degree either. But here's the good news, pretty sure I got it all out of my system and I can settle back into my previous healthy habits again :)
As for activity today I had a killer leg workout, that honestly I'm kind of scared to see what the next couple of days will be like :S and as a cools down I took my dog Roxy for a hike.
