What an awesome workout today!!! I was working on some handstand training including tucked headstand press to crow pose and I also threw in some training on human flag. I'm very much a beginner in this adventure however I feel like I am progressing every week and that's the main goal isn't it!? Hope you also made it a good one fit family :D
