Feeling really great, walking along the coastline again today, Tanjung Lipat, Kota Kinabalu, the Land Below the Wind.
My son woke up at 4am and I asked him to go back to sleep, realizing that i sprained my neck, left side. Ouch!
I personally dislike to walk at the same places. So, my Top Three places are

- Tanjung Lipat
- Kingfisher Farmville Park
- Taman Ujana Park

- Likas Sports Complex Park
Yesterday, I started sit ups. Today I did 4 sets of 10s. After every set, sit up hugging your knees to your chest (tips from my former coach).
I hope to get flatter tummy next month. Yeah, in my experience, everyday sit up an help in flattening tummy in a short period of time, everyday for 7 days, u may feel pain, in 14 days, u may see flattening and less bulgy.
