This season has come with a lot of changes and I am trying to adjust to all the new things I am doing and all the commitments I have.
I still have my full time business my technical office, I have a weekly radio show that takes many hours to prepare, I am taking dance classes, I have to go the gym and find time to rest.
I will discuss all these in a future post, for now let’s focus on fitness.
For this season my priority goes to dance classes. I have taken tango, salsa and bachata. Three classes are too much so I quitted tango, because the other two are more fun and in the same school, so I got a nice discount.
Salsa is twice a week Mon and Wen or Tue and Thu, one hour in the evening. We can go all four times and I do so because I totally suck at dancing and need practice. Bachata is one hour once a week.
I tried my morning routine with the gym, which is four times first thing in the morning and I got exhausted. Who would have thought, right?
So, I am changing plans and I will go to the gym three times per week after my dance classes which is 2000 or 2100. Will not go particularly crazy and heavy , just enough to keep my muscle mass.
Dancing is an excellent form of cardio, especially the latin dances. With all these hours of classes combined with the gym, I expect to be leaner by next year. I will not set a certain goal, will go with the flow and let my body decide. I already feel my belt more loose.
That was my small update.
The nice thing about life is that it doesn’t have to be static.
It changes all the time and we change, too.
And my step count...
Be healthy , Smile and Steem !
