Hello everyone! Today, we did some reporting and after class I went to pay electric bills. I walked my way there after crossing the bridge with a jeep. Then, as I walk a tire of a ten wheeler truck exploded and scared the hell out of me. Thought there was a bombing. Then after paying the bill, I walked to the jeepney stop to ride to return home.
