I've made it to my holidays. Survived last night at work, got out on time, and now have 12 days off.
R & R time.

No, thats not me, nor is it my photo. It is just a suitable pic from Pixabay that represents how I feel I need to spend the next 2 weeks.
I've had a break for most of today, but plan on putting a bit of time and effort into some posts here over the next 2 weeks. Should be fun, and between here and catching up on stuff around the house, and spending more time with the family, I think that this time off will fly by.
Once I go back to work, I will have just 22 shifts left as a salaried manager. I am really looking forward to the stress and unrealistic expectations to ease. The financial strain will be interesting, but we are looking at ways to overcome that and manage through the pay cut without too much disruption.
Looking forward to seeing what sort of interesting posts i can produce over the next 2 weeks, it's a good time here to earn STEEM and a bunch of tribe tokens.
My Lifestyle choice.
I guess the Lifestyle choice we have made by deciding not to continue pursuing my management career qualifies this as a "Lifestyle tribe" appropriate post. I'll tag it and let the community decide. For the last 8 years, my lifestyle has been limited by work, hopefully some changes will come in October and a better, less stressed, balanced lifestyle will follow.

Anyway, to quote Green Day...
Wake me up, when September ends.
Thanks for reading and have a great day everyone,
