This post will analyse the case for investing in @actifit. I am definitely not a financial adviser and this is not financial advice, just my opinions and the way I am looking at things. Do your own research.

Introduction
Actifit is a decentralised App available for Android and ios that is built on the STEEM blockchain. It has been set up to reward activity, as recorded by its App or via a link to your Fitbit device, and posted as a report on the blockchain. What that means simply, is that if you take at least 5000 steps a day with your Actifit App running, and hit "post to STEEM" each day, you can receive a financial reward from actifit in the form of votes on your report. Actifit is able to fund the up-votes it provides users , rewarding them daily, via delegation of STEEM Power. Long story short, STEEM is a cryptocurrency earned from the blockchain, and it can be locked in as STEEM Power (SP). This takes a while (13 weeks) to withdraw, but can be lent to other accounts through "delegation". Actifit use this SP "lent" to it to reward its users. The investment opportunity comes from the benefits Actifit provides to those that delegate to it.
The investment.
This is where the investment opportunity kicks in. Actifit has its own token that will be the main currency in the actifit system - called AFIT. These tokens are rewarded to users along with the upvotes. They are also rewarded to delegators. At the moment these tokens have no real value, as they cannot be exchanged or used for anything. However, they will become a "proper cryptocurrency" when a new upgrade to the STEEM blockchain - called SMT's - is put in place. This is currently planned to happen within the next 6 months, but the timeline is uncertain and depends on the main STEEM developers - Steemit Inc.
At the moment, Actifit are rewarding AFIT tokens and have them valued at $0.063 each (USD) The basis of this valuation can be found in the post at this link.

So, currently a delegation of 300 SP is earning around 100 AFIT tokens per day That means a daily return "at these hypothetical valuations" of $6.30 USD
$100 USD could buy around 370 STEEM. Investing $100 and recieving $6.30 worth of AFIT tokens per day sounds like a pretty good return to me. It is important to note that as more people delegate, the AFIT token return to each is reduced, as a fixed amount each day is shared amongst all delegators. Still, you can boost your return by actually using the App and earning your own tokens from activity.
At the moment a $100 investment will earn you an instant payment of around 1,580 AFIT tokens.
The other thing to keep in mind is that you still own the SP delegated to Actifit. So this is also an investment in the future of STEEM which is really cheap at the moment and has great growth prospects with many other dApps also attached and growing on the STEEM blockchain.
So will these tokens actually be worth anything in reality?
Actifit have plans to implement uses for AFIT tokens related to fitness equipment. Maybe you will be able to buy the latest Fitbit with your AFIT tokens, or new gym shoes, or a Yoga mat. Also, the tokens will be able to trade with STEEM and other SMT's. This is only the begining of the plans. Aside from AFIT, you can also earn STEEM as a user of the App.
Any risks.
My opinion only:
- A tiny risk of the STEEM blockchain shutting down - chances 0.001%
- A risk of Steemit Inc not implementing SMT's - chances unknown but low
- Actifit going broke and disappearing - chances low.
- Value of token is below estimated: - I think this is a high chance. The way I see it even if the AFIT is only worth 1 or 2 cents, this is still a good investment.
- STEEM value goes to zero - possible but not likely.
