Great day today. Got to work at 7:30 walked around a bit work on some stuff. Had a nice keto friendly salad from El Pollo Loco Mango chicken. Taste great. Full 8 hour day then headed home. Went and grabbed some taco bell a nice chalupa supreme and a nacho fry. Very tasty. Still way under my Cals for the day. Did some lite weights. 4seta of 10 on four different types. Arms chest back neck. Sat a bit then worked on core. Leg ups and then hang leg up. So far been working out for over a month. Gained half inch on both arms and inch and half in chest. Also started at 192lbs now down to 184.6. All going good.
Cant wait for the weekend to wake up and run 3 miles sat and sun. Using the Zombies Run app. Very fun to listen to. Also got into their runners club o ly 7.99 a year and got the free walking app from them very interesting story. 10:00 did more weights another 4 workouts 4 sets of 10. Muscles pumped. Finished off the night by hitting 5 miles with a quick walk and now shower and bed time. After this post that is. See you all tomorrow.
