Man what a great day. Up at 7am. Played with the cat outside. Big male Siamese blue eyes beautiful boy. Names Bandit. Then did some weight lifting. Arms chest neck. Threw in some core today for about 30mins. Wife got up with me after awhile and we took a 3 1/2 mile walk. Love spending time with her.
Worked out some more after a few hours. Watched Picard, love it. A bit slow but love it anyway. Cant wait for the weekend. Got some more zombie run missions to run. But now its bedtime.
