10K on a Less Than Day.
I call it a less than day because I did less activity than I had planned. I went out walking and delivered more Community newsletters. I intended to lift weights and do other exercises when I got home. But as it turned out I ended up doing other things.
Every day, several times a day, we have to make choices on how to spend our time. When we choose to do one thing, it costs us the opportunity to do something else. This is called opportunity cost and it's something that is important in economic theory. There are only so many hours in a day and we have to choose wisely on how to spend our time.
While I was walking and delivering the newsletters, I had my music going and my random playlist was pumped directly into my ears via my headphones. I noticed that the song Denise by Randy & The rainbows is a really good song to walk briskly to. Here's the song for your listening enjoyment.
