I had some real estate people checking out my house today in order to figure out what it's worth. I didn't know what to expect but I knew to expect the unexpected. There were three things that I found out that I didn't know. I don't think it will affect the price that much, but I'm not sure yet. I'll have to wait to hear back in a few days.
I'm glad to get this inspection over with and I'm feeling pretty good so I've been dancing this evening to music I like. One song that came on is somewhat house related, and it is Love shack by the B-52s. This is a cool late 80s dance song that is popular at parties. I wouldn't call my house a Love shack but it has seen some epic parties!
