It's another summer day but it's not very hot again. Right now it's actually cool out and I have my window open again.
I got my exercise today from doing yard work and jumping around to some crazy music.
Music for You, Again
It's been a while since I put some music in my actifit posts! Well here's a song for you all.
I've always been a fan of 80s music and one very cool song is 99 Red Balloons by Nena (see below). I decided to check to see if she had done anything else besides that one song. As it turns out, she had a fairly long career and before she did 99 Red Balloons she was the singer of a band called The Stripes.
Here's a fun power pop New Wave kind of 80s tune called Ecstasy by The Stripes. Check out Nina; she looks pretty cute and it's fun to see her and the other band members jumping around. Also there are extras in front of the stage who are dancing. Why not dance along with them? I did!
