14K on a nice summer day!
Summer is almost over but it's still alive for a few more days. Fall will be here soon enough and the leaves will be coming down and the weather will turn colder.
I took a nice long walk tonight and I didn't see the moon at first, which I thought it was strange because it's just about a full moon and it should have been bright in the sky. Finally when I was finishing up my walk I caught a glimpse of it coming up from behind the trees letting me know it was still alive.
Then I went to the food store and while I was driving back the song Alive by Pearl Jam came on the radio and I cranked it up to 38 which is as high as my radio goes. At that volume, the bass really shakes things and the music distorts a little which is fine when you're listening to metal anyway. I guess this song isn't really metal; it's more like pop or grunge. I always liked the guitar part at the end and I really enjoyed it at max volume!
