It’s definitely been quite sometime since my last Actifit report.
I’ve been getting a decent amount of steps, but I slacked in getting to make my report card at the end of each day.
I was reading a lot of stuff today and was excited to see some great developments by Actifit as well. I’ll have to get more consistent about these report cards!
Today I just did some light cardio and heavy weight lifting.
