Had a busy day at work but still managed to get out and walk 6000 odd steps.
After dinner I went for a 90 minute walk which generated another 13,000 steps to get me to 20,000✅✅.
We started the day sunny before after lunch getting an impressive rain storm, around 5pm the sun came out again.
