Hello there steemit community!
I started my day with a gym workout, it helps me basically feed on my own fat since I've started fasting again.
Hunger instantly goes away once you start working out, it's the 'fight or flight' a.k.a survival instinct kicking in.
If you haven't 'til now, you should try it , it's truly magical and empowering.
Then I went to the store and back home at around 1pm.
Broke my fast,had a quick shower,babysat my son while his mom was getting ready and we left at 2pm to attend a medical appointment.
Then came back home at around 4pm , fed the baby and went out again to shop at the 'farmer's market's nearby.
Got lots of veggies,did some work I had to take care of in the nearby bank office and headed back home.
Little one and mama are already asleep and I'm finishing off the night with the Oscar movie 'Parasite'.
