Less movement today, but that’s okay because it’s a lazy Sunday.
Got my work for the week done, not that there was very much left because I try to get most of it done on Saturdays.
Other than that it was pretty relaxing. Had a game of Degenesis which went a little long, but that was because we started late. The players wanted to go check out an old bunker, and they found a book that was made to last through five hundred years of the apocalypse because it was designed as a survival guide.
This will let them get some of the survival skills they need at an XP discount, because boy do they need them. It also gave them a little bit of hope that there’s something shiny in the bunker.
For some reason, almost all of my PCs have developed love interests over the course of this campaign, but the Spitalian had a rough day because it turns out that his may be something other than she seems. He hasn’t gotten to the bottom of the mystery, but Spitalians are pretty hardcore and he knows that she has some odd connection to the sepsis that the Spitalians particularly hate. Another PC is now betrothed to the daughter of a major NPC, which should be relatively happy and not have any long-term consequences for him. Unless it does. I’m not a cruel GM, though, so I think it’ll be fine.
I’ve got a game to prep for on Tuesday, and I’ve been so consumed by this one that I haven’t given it much thought. We’ll see how it goes.
