A storm just left us but a low pressure is here and one other storm on the way. I hope it will not landfall.
This is the monsoon season and storms are coming. Floods are happening in some parts of the country. Here in our place, landslides make roads not passable. Kennon Road is closed until further notice.
Today is another wet and cold day. The rain continued varying in intensity. Along with it comes the fog.
I did the usual today since I cannot go out for a walk. I was thinking of resting for today but since starting actifit, my body wants to move. This is what's good with actifit. You can do it indoors and outdoors. You just have to be creative and find a way to keep moving.
