I played 36 holes (baskets?) of disc golf today with my son. It was a lot of fun and we played three different courses. I gave the Tobu disc a lot of testing and it worked like a charm beeping regularly when I got close to it. I threw it in a heavily wooded course and very easily located it by turning on the beeper with my phone. I really like the way it flies too.
It is nice to get a long day of activity in but my leg was feeling it a little by the time we were done.
Here's a picture of tonight's sunset:
I'll also include some of the last pictures I took of the rocks at the nature preserve that I walked around recently. Here's one with a dished out water puddle in it. It looks like it might have been a natural formation left by some glacier action. I'm not sure if it was carved by a human or not.
Here's another one that looks like a leaf:
This one looks a lot like an ancient shell fish or something:
I liked the area these canoe like looking carvings were at. These objects were polished up very shiny on the top. There was a small pond nearby with many cattails growing in it. On the other side of the pond was a larger body of water.
