There were some pretty nice fall colors on the trees when I was out doing some disc golfing in the local sketch course. On the way to the course I noticed one guy was down by the river just ranting and yelling at the top of his lungs. I kind of stirred clear and went about the business of disc golf.
Many times I wish there was something I could do to help but I believe it is beyond my capacity to do much in some of these situations. In fact sometimes my best intentions have not always been of benefit and what I think might be best for another person is not always the case.
Disc golfing was fun the ebike ride down and back was wonderful in the cooler weather.
One a really hard disc golf course sometimes you have to enjoy the little victories. Woot! I made par after throwing around the stage and making the putt from where my second throw landed. I was only using three discs today and wearing my heavy hiking boots.
I don't mind the boots, they work well on the different terrian but they are so heavy that my follow through is more difficult. Until I get better at throwing it might be easier to have a lighter shoe because I tend to toe drag more in these boots too.
Yesterday I was just lazing around a bit and went grocery shopping. I had to laugh when I noticed this interesting height scale up on the wall:
What's that for? I wondered. It just like the scale that they have at the bank to show how tall the bank robbers are from the video feed.
It was posted up on the wall right by the milk and butter. So when you are in there robbing the grocery store they can send out an accurate description I suppose.
Maybe I'm just too liberal but just maybe if someone needs milk that badly perhaps we should just give it to them?
If they are after cash perhaps we could do everything in crypto. Then there would be no need to worry so much about the people in the grocery store being robbed in a violent way to get the cash that sometimes stores have.
Just some Sunday evening ideas. Milk for everyone that needs it and grass feed happy cows. Maybe that's what that guy was ranting about down by the river, lol.
