Visiting a vertical farm for the first time

Have you ever, as a city folk, ever tasted a sustainable ecosystem part hydroponics baby vegetables on the spot, and then got amazingly, delightfully confused that you thought you ate apple skin; confusing your brain distinguishing between a fruit and a vegetable? 😝

Thanks to Hive account@omnivori's young farmers I got to experience seeing and tasting fresh food from the top of your fingers.

Hive account@sam.hsuu, one of the founders of Hive account@omnivori together with her best buddy and business partner have been building this place all by hand, except the green house where they hired professionals to do the hard lifting of metal frames.

They were very kind and generous to invite us for the house warming and to have the first look on ajar they have achieved.

And you know the hard work payoff when you can see youngs are everywhere.

And even more so when your tower vegetables are glowing with lush green.

Contrasting the blue sky after a heavy rain sure is a sight for sore eyes!

The taste, literally amazing, and I am really excited and looking forward to see when they officially launch the farm opening for orders!
