As I'd feared, I skipped a day at the gym after Wednesday. I didn't go to the gym on Thursday, neither did I do any workout routine at home, I did something more interesting, more engaging, very spontaneous, I signed up for a marathon.
Yes I did, and even now I think I'm crazy, but I already signed up, I can't back out. It's tommorow, and even though I'm freaking out, I'm gonna try to have fun, and do my best to not pass out, or be the last runner. I was at the gym this morning, had a good workout session, and tried the massager at the gym. I don't know if it worked, but I know it felt good. I've also been reading up about Apple Cider Vinegar, I'm thinking of trying it for my stubborn belly fat.
