Today I woke up at 5am and decided to try and eat something before I go run. I took some time preparing and eating bread with peanut butter and jam, some oats and a banana.
It was a sluggish start for the first km as I can feel my tummy processing the food, but after I decided to push a little to my heart rate hitting 150bpm.
Wasn't as bad, but I didn't feel like I couldn't have went longer because my watch says that I have overworked. I didn't wanna fall sick so I limited it today to 3km.
I got back and did some stairs step counts until my steps hit 5000. Time to rest and post it.
