Gently, she placed her pliers onto the mat and thought to herself "This is more complicated than I thought....". "This is what happens when one chooses to reinvent the wheel. People around the world have done this and would have shared what they did online. But nooooo... I have to go and reinvent the wheel and do something from scratch" she spoke out loud, maybe a little louder than intended.
"What am I missing?" she wondered, massaging her forehead. She adjusted her glasses, took another look at the photo and back to what was in front of her. She had a vision in her head and was thinking it shouldn't be that hard. "Maybe I am thinking too hard" she sighed.
Not wanting to give up, she took her pliers again and continued to twist and turn, untwist and unturn the silver coated copper wire. "Think simple, think simple" she repeated the mantra to herself.
After several hours of hunching over the table, wrestling with the wire under the table lamp, she finally did it. Her very own wire metal butterfly...

My Actifit today : July 3 2019
I broke my record today which is totally insane! By noon, I hit the 10K mark and my fitbit was buzzing and giving me a victory display of illuminated fireworks which was really cool. I was walking back and forth, to and fro between the kitchen and the balcony to the rooms and back and forth and back and forth, sweeping, mopping and wiping. By end of the day, it was 20K. I did have a good swim in between. I am looking forward to a good night's sleep.
