It's been a good day with many ups and downs, literally, I've been walking up and down hills all day!
I've started to wear a light back pack when out walking my regular routes. It's always between 10lbs and 20lbs, I can really feel it in my legs after a few miles and a few hill tops!
The aerobic conditioning is vital to my martial arts training and I can already feel the benefits. My stamina is steadily growing and that's all part of the plan!
After.my walks I stretched and trained kicking technique, hopefully it helps to stop me seizing up too much from the walking!
