I got out to the boulevard before daylight and got a very early start on my day. I spent the day chasing the kids and a butterfly through the yard. My son and I both got haircuts. The barber comes to the house, brings his own equipment and charges less than a dollar each. We usually give him more than his asking price, plus coffee and some snack. As it is new year he really got an extra blessing.
We have very little beef in our area. I enjoyed a “Pasalobong” or care package from the states with some Tillamook Beef Jerky

We have plenty of chickens and some folks came by and asked if they could buy a couple of live chickens. This is a tradition here to eat native chicken at midnight.
We are headed out for a party minus any alcohol in a few minutes.
