Yeeh haah! I’m getting back to it! Lately I hadn’t been running like I used too. I felt a bit unmotivated and most of all very weak. I have been slacking a bit when it comes to my diet and I had the feeling I was a bit low on iron.
To change it I increased my iron intake by eating iron rich food and more healthy in general. And well, I feel that I’m getting back on top of things slowly 💪💪
Today My brother forgot ly niece her pacifier. I figured why bot run to his house and drop it off there. Turned out to be a 14km run with quite a decent running pace. Im a happy man during these holidays 👌
