Ohh for a little rest - still on the go at this late hour.
Taught a flood load of kids and adult lessons today. Walked whenever the opportunity presented itself. I strive to hit 10,000 steps everyday- with my current eating habit I need to be hitting more. I also went to the pool today - mostly for teaching purposes but did get a few dips , stretches and relaxation on the job. Let’s keep calm and steem on!
