I started my Actifit journey today, thanks to and
for their encouragement. I fell off the weight watching and general physical fitness wagon late last year but found my mojo back about a month ago. I then took to walking and cycling to burn fat and lifting light weights to tone my muscles. It has not exactly been an easy thing for me and my first use of the Actifit app to track my walk today seemed to make it even harder than usual...Lol. My daily target is 8000 steps and I hope I can do that before the day is over. I'm sure it would get easier with time.
