Today, I did not get many steps in because I worked from home.
After my quick workout, I got my husband ready to go, then I sat on the couch and worked and waited. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 10, but when I called at 10:15, the dispatch lady was shocked to hear that I was set on Friday morning. She put me on hold, then after about 3 minutes, she asked, “Are you available this afternoon?”
I told her if she came at 2:00, I would be.
The guy was here at 2:30pm. 😂
He was here all of 45 minutes and was gone. Everything went well - all he found was some rust that we need to watch. He cleaned what he could and we would have to watch the rest.
I didn’t get up and move around because of conference calls where I was tethered to the work computer with my headphones. That is fine though, because I did not have to get into traffic at all this morning or this evening.
