Monday morning workout - done.
Monday meetings - completed.
Monday cooking - finished.
Monday business activities - almost done.
Even though I did not have time to get the extra walk in, I did get my steps in.
My biggest issue is that I do not sleep very well. The past few nights, I have only gotten about 4.5 hours of sleep during the weekdays. About more on the weekends but still it is not enough for me to feel truly energized. That is my August goal - to get more sleep.
