Today's another day with 10k activities and I am very happy I have achieved this 10k just only maintaining my regular activities today the office was busy as usual and I had to and there to do certain things so step reached 10k.
Moving here and there and walking in the morning to the bus stop and coming home walking from bus stop always help me to get more steps.
Playing with kids was a part of the steps as usual. Done 10k + again and counting...
