It's a Saturday, a good time to watch a movie and it also means more actifit time (up to two more hours). Thankfully, my family don't mind the huge obstruction (stationary bike) literally in front of the TV and the sound it makes, maybe they think I really do need the exercise 🤣
My activity these past few days are mostly from indoor cycling. It will probably develop into habit if I keep at it, which is a good thing, I won't get my vitamin D though :)
