Very busy today after not much walking beginning of week I was very lazy but not having very good morning with my crohns and the fatigue has been awful but had to get it together today getting ready for a weekend of racing so walked a mile to town lots of shopping home again and in and out of camper then back to town for hospital appointment so lots of steps made up for the very lazy start of week
