That's the way to do it! An hour in the park and a trip to the mall where I proudly parked in the 'big bike' parking spaces for the first time ever is the way to notch up 10000 steps!
As for the jogging. I finally decided to download the C25K official App and try to get some structure into my exercise. It's only 3 days a week so I think I can manage that.
For those that don't know, C25K is the couch to 5k official app and as I have a semi-reasonable level of base fitness it shouldn't be too difficult. I crave the continuity and routine si I will start this week. I can put duplicate extra days in if I have time or just do the parks circuit training for an hour.
In other news.....
The wife has been in an exceptionally good mood today. Worrying.
