Today I exchanged 20 actifit tokens for a dollar upvote on a post. It took a couple of days to come through but that was one hell of a good deal!
If they can keep this up I'm quickly starting to think this token is going to be worth a lot in the future. Time to undeligate from magicdice and shift yet more delegation to 
Boring day other than this, in the office responding to emails and planning lectures etc. I did, however, walk home across over the bridge at embankment, and take yet another photo of my favourite view in London.
