Spent the morning indoors playing with the kids (pretend swimming, getting married etc) while the wife was out for a run (to freedom?, no she returned thankfully!!). It was a good run so I've been told. There you go, a reference to sports!
In the afternoon, we did as we can now call the ’obligatory, annual, pre-school shopping spree (I wanted to work in the word Massacre, but given recent events decide not too, my thoughts go out to all victims of shootings and any other type of violence!!).
I think I burned most calories (and CASH 🏧 ) in the afternoon, gosh I was ready for a rest (=beverage). Ended the day on a high (the beverage, along with smiles from my little ladies).
