Good night friends! Again we took advantage of the good weather and went to spend the afternoon at the beach. It seems a lie but from one week to the next the increase in tempreature is very important. Yesterday we reached 30 º C but not for a long time, but the really important thing is that the cold is gradually going away. We pound the afternoon to play with my daughter. I must confess that at 40 I am still able to play with the sand and throw water with the buckets as if I were a child. My wife was watching closely, I think, with fear that we will throw a bucket of water at her. After a good while, we dried up, changed our clothes and went for a walk with my wife. As I said she is not very fond of exercise, but I convinced her insisting that it would be good for her pregnancy. After insisting for a while he agreed to take a short walk that ended up extending for about 35 minutes. After the walk and a beautiful afternoon in pure sun and many with sand and water, we started the trip back to our city. We'll see if I can convince my wife to walk more often. Big hug to all!

Nuevamente aprovechamos lel buen clima y nos fuimos a pasar la tarde a la playa.
Parece mentira pero de una semana a la otra es muy importante el aumentod e la tempreatura.
El día de ayer llegamos a los 30º C aunque no durante mucho tiempo, pero lo verdaderamente importante es que el frío se va yendo de a poco.
Aporcechamos la tarde para jugar con mi hija. Debo confesarles que a mis 40 años aún soy capaz de jugar con la arena y a tirarnos agua con los baldes como si fuera un niño. Mi esposa observaba atentamente creo yo con temor de que le tiremos un baldazo de agua a ella.
Después de un buen rato de juego, nos secamos, nos cambiamos la ropa y salimos a caminar con mi esposa. Como ya le comenté ella no es muy amante de hacer ejercicio, pero la convencí insistiendole que sería bueno para su embarazo.
Después de insistirle un rato accedió a dar un pequeño paseo que se terminó extendiendo durante unos 35 minutos.
Después de la caminata y de una hermosa tarde a puro sol y de muchos con la arena y agua, emprendimos el viaje de regreso a nuestra ciudad.
Veremos si puedo convencer a mi esposa de salir a caminar más seguido.
