What a great workout today, didn’t feel too exhausted after work, so I felt like I was well rested for my workout, I upped my squat to 108.5kg for reps which is good progress I guess. I also went a kg up on my bench and I feel way more confident with the exercise nowadays.
Yesterday night I discovered the Youtube Channel of a german Ex-Professional Bodybuilder, I checked his advice video for squats, maybe that’s what helped me with my form or it was just a little psychological boost.
I‘ll definetly do some more research and see if I can learn from experienced lifters.
Also my weighted Pull-Ups with +16kg are starting to feel more easy.
Maybe I‘ll add there soon aswel.
Don’t know what’s for midnight dinner after shower, I‘ll raid the fridge and see. 💪😎
