Hey there, I haven’t updated you guys in a while, I was just busy somehow and the days I had the time to make a post... I forgot and realized it after 0:00... it happened so many times already I wish you could also post yesterdays activity or something like this, that would be awesome.
With my workout, I did pretty okay. I feel like my squats become better with like every session but my OHP progress is rather slow.
I did a form check recently to make sure I position myself correctly.
Overall my shoulders became bigger already but I am not where I want to be yet.
I‘ll keep at it tho 💪😎.
