It was a good thing that I got in 3 walks at work today because when I got home, I had to be the auto mechanic and change the oil on the car. I also found a leak in a gasket that took forever to find!
Well after that, I had 2 pork shoulder I picked up from the store that I needed to do something with. I decided I'm going to have a try at making prosciutto for the first time. I lightly seasoned the pork with garlic and pepper then encased then I'm 40lbs of salt. I'll tuck then away for the next 6 weeks. After that they will hang for 18 months to finish the curing process. If I can't workout, at least I can focus on healthy food right?

Sometimes I feel people place too much emphasis on the gym and don't pay attention to the food they put in their bodies. I try to minimize processed food my family eats, and at times it is really hard; however, we rarely get sick, have no allergies, and our health has improved tremendously over the past three years. I highly recommend to cut out processed food and watch your health improve.
Back to fitness though, I completely lost my workout time. I guess I'll have to making it up tomorrow morning before work. 😣
