So they took the adverts off some of the windows on the ground floor of one of the new buildings. People already live in apartments above, but apparently the floors are still dirt below in what will be shops. I wonder if they have mice (since they started construction, all the mice that were living in the abandoned hospital moved out into the greater neighborhood) in their "luxury" apartments with a dirt ground floor? Also, why not finish the shops first? People are paying "luxury" prices to hear all that construction noise!
