What a great day today. That so much for the workout. I cashed in 6 out of 6 poker tournaments playing for crypto. Two of them were wins. As for exercise. A few sets of push-ups and squats. I'm starting to reduce the incline of the push up. Feeling some growth of muscle and strength.
Was not able to eat many small meals today. So's kind of more traditional with 3 large meals.The morning meal was pretty good of oatmeal with fresh banana added. Also put in raisins, honey and cinnamon. Dinner was a big ole bowl of leftover spaghetti and meat sauce.
Figured I'd share a picture of some of our local holiday spirit. This is only a little bit down the road.
