My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2019.. High Five Friday 🎉💖💯💪✨🎶

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and what a fantastic day it has been. I kicked off my activities at the crack of dawn. I wanted to start my day with a bang and what better way than an automaticwin. So I set out at around 5:30 starting with some fast walking that progressed into a jog. There was a wonderful breeze of fresh air and when the sunrise came it was so beautiful.
I got back home took a shower and left for work. Collecting even more steps on the commute.
At the office the day went on just great. There is always a happy and upbeat mood in the air on Fridays as everyone looks forward to the weekend.
As always I collected more steps at the lunch hour. I finished off the week handling some work that had been pending for two months.
I got back home to some steeming and a cup of tea. I relaxed for a while before embarking on the usual sunset walk. I walked around the neighborhood got back home to my set of push ups, 7 on camera and 15 off camera.
