A travel day in indian railways.
Railways have started smart working to add additional trains.
These guys have put up advantages and disadvantages too
- Advantages
They have identified idle trains(trains that travel and halt) and add their free time in a busy route
This implementation has gained lot of appreciation as the general public gets more room for travelling on busy routes
Train was not heavily crowded. Train is a very inexpensive mode of transport.
Comparison
Travel 340kms in train and pay Rupees 120
After you reach Bangalore
Travel by auto/Cab 8kms Rupees 140/170 😆
- Disadvantages
Since these are special trains, they squeeze in the running time.
They got to make sure other train schedules are not disturbed. As the reason, they run bit late then scheduled.
