✔️ Jogging around the pool for about 30 minutes
✔️ 15- minute bicep workout
✔️ 15- minute core body workout
✔️ 10-minute calves workout
I finished my workout before 9 in the morning today since I had friends; ,
, and Vivian came over for barbecue and pool day. I didn't make the beef stew since I didn't haven't enough time to prepare it.
This is will be a quick post since I have so many things to do tonight 😬. Will share more about my day tomorrow.
