✔️ Walking and Jogging on the treadmill
✔️ Rowing on the machine
✔️ 5 minute Core workout
✔️ Stretching
It was very cloudy today, like it was going to rain. So, I decided to head to the gym instead of jogging outside. I started with a two minute stretching then, killed a little better of my time on the treadmill.
I was also checking the market on my phone to make sure I won't miss a good trade so I couldn't really run that fast. 😂
When I finished with my jog, I went offline and focus on my workout. I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine max resistance level. I like this workout because it's already a full body workout.
I also did some core workout and finished off with a quick stretching.
For lunch, I had steamed veggies and 15 chicken wings (they're small wings, I need a lot to fill up my belly) 😁
I visited my friend, @bonjovey, she's going on her RV vacation to USA this coming Friday and they're going for five months, that makes me very jealous! I hope to pass my next US tourist visa next time I apply!
For dinner, I had a big bowl of salad with boneless skinless chicken strips, nothing special. 😂
