- 5 minutes stretching at home
- House chores
- 1 hour and 15 minutes Zumba
- 30 minutes morning walk around the community
- 3 hours walk around the community at night while working on my mobile
- 2 hours walk around the mall

- Brunch: Asian Salad
- Snack: 6 pieces mixed nuts
- Dinner: Oven baked breaded flounder with tartar sauce and garden salad
