I had a great morning walk, 11 miles along the North Down's Way from Wye to Lymnge near Folkestone. Took an alternative route at the end to avoid a busy road.
If any one wants a GPS route - it's here on map my run - bus to Folkestone or Canterbury at the end of the walk, every hour on a Saturday, so quite respectable!
As usual about 3/5 ths of my steps are the walk itself and the other 2/5ths the 5-6 mile round trip from the train station.
Should be enough to top 5 this!
