Yesterday was nuts wasn't it - Hereford Park Run cancelled at the last minute because of a burst water main, although by the time I'd got there (wet) I wasn't really in the mood for it, so that was probably a blessing. I spent the entire day just feeling DAMP even though was inside for most of it.

Then today.... wonderfully sunny!

I just guess you got to get out when you can!
